Items are sold in first come first serve basis. In cases where your purchased item is out stock, first we apologize for that. We may ask if you want to exchange with another item or a full refund will be given.

Please allow 4-15 weeks for our tailor to complete your costume order. This could be longer in busy season like Chinese New Year, Christmas and Halloween. However, certain anime or universal characters may also be available for rental or purchase at our shop, so feel free to come and see yourself 🙂

We ship within 1-2 business days after confirming your order payment on Paypal.

Yes, you’re right!

You may cancel any order within 24 hours after order, via written email to support@paninthebox.com.sg. After 24 hours, your order will be processed therefore no cancellation allowed.

Yes, we do. However, please read this page about ordering custom sizes costume. You need to first send enquiry via our Contact page so that we can quote you accordingly.

Starting 2016, we have ceased the newsletter system.

Yes, we support International shipping to major countries via SingPost Registered Article that comes with tracking number. Once the parcel reach your country, the tracking number should also be available from your local post provider.
